About Me

Rebecca Watkin, MEdL

I am a systems thinker. I like practicality, clarity, transparency, and efficiency. I design tools for effective leadership, specific to your needs, so you have more time for the important things.

I don’t take myself too seriously. I only accept jobs if I know I can make an impact. My background is in education. I have been a Teacher, a Principal, a Director, a Compliance Administrator, a Ministry Inspector, and a business owner. I have educational credentials and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Most relevant to you? I am a bold innovator and self-proclaimed Change Agent.
